This official EFQM course is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of the structure of the EFQM Excellence Model and the stages involved in conducting an assessment. This is a pass/fail course.
Participants are required to complete pre-course work of approximately 15 hours and are assessed throughout the two days of training. Tutors work with a maximum of 10 participants to ensure personal attention. We strongly recommend that you attend the Introduction to the EFQM Excellence Model workshop or participate in online introductory training through the EFQM (Basic Assessor Training) prior to booking this course.
Successful completion of the EAT course qualifies you to conduct self/internal/peer assessments.
